Disappointed. I hired Isabel to refinish a vintage walnut table that had a burn. It has matching server, break front and chairs. Given all that she said she could do I explained I intended to upholster my living room furniture, dining room chairs, refinish floors in house and update bathroom and kitchen cabinets but first the table as a test. Was told it would take 2 weeks. That was in Mid July. Between lack of follow up from Isabel which she explained as due to poor cell service, working late on other jobs , not checking email, family issues, along with delivery of table with rings/uneven color on table legs, and taking vacation and not sharing, I just got it back yesterday. The top is beautiful. Truly. Given that the main reason I hired her was this, I give her top marks. However, table does not match the color value of the other furniture. The legs which were done twice, also do not match the top. That could be overlooked except the legs don't match the apron of wood on underside of table that legs screw into. I don't think she refinished this part of table. This is visible when sitting in living room and color variation is obvious. Legs yellowish and apron brown. Pointing this out did not prompt offer to redo but explanation about how this was the best she could do Was hoping Artisan's touch would be my one stop shop to help me.
