Artie is excellent. He has done multiple projects for me from building shelves, to repairing the deck, painting, and residing the garage. He knows what he’s doing, can provide clear options and guidance, and is fairly priced. He’s also a delightful human being.

We hired Arite Home Maintenance and Property Services for a wide range of projects in both our home and business, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From flooring installation to plumbing, washer and dryer setup, wall removals, additions, and countless other odd jobs, Arite handled everything with professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. Artie was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable in a vast array of services. Artie worked for me for over 7 years preforming tasks that varied from converting a small shed to a luxury air bnb, remodeling apartment buildings, restructuring and replacing a large porch, installing washer and dryers as well as dishwashers, and various small home projects. Artie was always punctual and reliable. He completed all jobs in a timely and effective manner. He also fixed projects that were done improperly by other contractors. I also found him to be cost effective in every way. Saving myself time, money, and energy upon every job that I hired him for. Artie still works for me to this day. Heâ s my go to for just about anything and everything!

Artie did the job I needed and made recommendations about things that should be done. He did the job with integrity and did not do anything extra without telling/asking me about it first. He is not finished with the job yet but has done an excellent job to this date. Very happy with the service.
