I hired them 3 weeks ago to install a mini-split a/c. On the day they were set in the install I moved my furniture to be ready. They did not show after an hour so I called my salesperson. Oh, he says, we had to order some or all of the unit. It will take about a week. 3 weeks later I still do not have a date for installation. Customer service is horrible. I always had to reach out to them to get information. They would say a week, then any day. Still no word. After 3 phone calls, I finally talked to someone in the office. Needless to say, I canceled. There is no way this company should be on Home Advisor/Angislist. I use Home Advisor a lot but will research elsewhere before hiring off the list in the future. Please research this company before hiring. No one with the company ever reached out to me even after I would place the first phone call/text. So disappointed.

Was contacted within 20 minutes of submitting my request for a quote. Price was what we wanted. Started work the next day and so far, Team has been polite and very Proffesional.

D'Vode was the tech that came to my home. He was prompt, courteous and very good at his work. He was great about explaining exactly what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. I had both a repair and the installation of a central air cleaner. I was very pleased and would highly recommend ARS for your A/C needs.
