I like Jerry as a person. I gave him every opportunity to successfully communicate and it just did not happen. After the quotation process, I turned other vendors away and then waited for him to fulfill the offer. Not only was I stood up with visits to my home twice after, but the last 3 times I have tried connecting with him (May 17, May 24, June 3) all went without response. If a job can not be managed, just say it. Do not lead people on.

We had Arrowhead Outdoors replace our old deck. In replacing it, we went a little bigger and more elaborate. The new deck came out great. Big improvement over the old deck. Construction is solid and looks great. Owner was very professional. Always returned calls and texts quickly, showed up on time, and completed project on time. I've hired many contractors over the last few years and often struggle to find someone that will follow up and complete projects on time. Arrowhead customer service is second to none. I will be happy to hire them for my next outdoor project.
