When we bought the house, we had a radon test done showing 1.8 pCi/L average, spiking to 3.0 pCi/L. It was below the limit, so we didn't need to address it, but I knew my family would spend a lot of time in the built out basement. Chris was the only company to come onsite to evaluate the job, clearly explained the work to be done and how it would look, and committed to a price beforehand. The work was done exactly as described, in the timeline discussed, for the price committed. He cleaned the space after the work was done. We now have an average of 0.4 pCi/L spiking to 0.9pCi/L. So great! Chris knows what he’s doing. They don’t charge until they lower the radon to a safe level. Our radon problem was a challenge but they fixed it quickly. We had to call them out to fix what another company had done. It was relief to find them. Highly recommend!
