Aris Pool Plastering

Very professional, immediately responded to texts/calls. Finished our project very quickly and was a great value. We were overall very pleased and the only reason we didn’t give them a 5 across the board is because we had to ask them to fix a couple of problems that appeared very obvious to us but they did fix them after being asked. They showed up when they said they would everyday and we would definitely recommend Aris!

It was my intention to give 4 stars after the plastering. The plastering was good and so was the tiling. I had 3 estimates and their's was in the middle. Everything went fairly smooth. The plasterers and Mr. Vela were cordial and pleasant to work with. However, the subcontractor in charge of acidification and bringing the pool up to swimming conditions dropped the ball. He never kept his appointments, showed up days later than promised. Hurried his work and arrived so late that it was too dark to work. While the water was still milky and cloudy he said that this was his last visit and I was left to complete the work. My in ground cleaning jets worked properly before the plastering, now they are not. The spa plaster surface is very rough. So disappointed.

About 5 years ago, I contracted with this company for a pool and spa re-plaster. Within the first year, numerous cracks began to appear. I called Vela and he blamed the water but promised to come back but never showed. I am now re- plastering again and these contractors indicate his mix likely had too much calcium and the prep was faulty. The plaster is now coming off in sections. I would not recommend this company!!

Mr. Vela and his crew did a fantastic job! They showed up on time, worked hard, and were very professional. We had them re-plaster our pool and it looks great. They completed the entire job in 3 days. His price was very good for this service.

Beautiful new plaster and tile

They were prompt to get started but I had to stay after them through the plaster project. We are still not happy with the look of the plaster in the pool and the hot tub. Brown tile was put in rather than the blue tile.

The start date was delayed one day but otherwise the work moved quickly. The original agreement was to remove the spa tile, seal the cracks in the concrete, and retile. Work beyond the original agreement (acid wash and replacement of three drains for the pool and spa) was reasonably priced and needed.
