Arbortech removed a big dead pine tree from my back yard. They did a great job and the price was very fair. Will call them back next year to remove another one or two trees.

Only thing is my yard is kinda messed up. I guess that is to be expected. Other than that will hire them again.

They were very nice to work with. Always on time and very polite. when they left it looked like I had a landscaper there. The clean up was amazing. I have already recommended them to two other people. If i need any tree work done they are the ones I will call.

I had 8 overgrown shrubs to be removed from the front of my new home. I was told that if they couldn't get the stumps out, they would at least cut them off near the ground. That did not happen. I feel like the job was rushed.

Obviously, the owner doesn't know about the "One-Party Consent Law. Which is a Federal Law. The number (14) was never mentioned. (Just listen). The word was "ALL". My security company as well as myself have no reason to edit any video. It is recorded for the homeowners protection. Just in case evidence is needed. When he called and stated " he had passed the house ".I came out of my with Cell Phone in hand.. It was automatically on record so I would not have to repeat what was said or quoted in the first place to my husband. "Customers Beware ". When you are caught. Just own up to it. Think about it,he's in business to make money. And he doesn't me from a can of paint with the label torn off. So who is he to lie on?. My point exactly... By the way, still waiting on my invoice... But had no problem taking a Veteran's money. Just shame on them...

The customer was quoted a price for fourteen trees that were marked when bid was quoted, after bid, customer marked 29 additional trees in an attempt to defraud my company. Contractors beware. Please listen to entire unedited video and audio, if less than 13 hours long it's not complete, customer should be aware that legal action is possible for using copyright protected images without permission. federal and state laws are different things, the invoice is in the mail, my crew request that you stop harassing them as well. you were dealt with fairly, whatever your problems are we wish you the best of luck in getting help and finding support.
