We had a great experience with this pool company. They opened our pool for the season, later repaired our sand filter, and also fixed our automated pool cover when it came off its tracks. Throughout each service visit, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Communication was excellent, they arrived when promised, and the work was completed efficiently. We appreciate their reliability and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Nick and Adam were a pleasure to work with. I researched several companies and had three companies out for project discussions. We selected Aqua Pool Shoppe because Adam and Nick were polite, professional, and offered a lot in regard to their ability to listen to what I was looking for in this project. Their communication was outstanding the professionalism of their crew was amazing. I might add they were very responsive and answered every one of my telephone calls or text messages regarding this project. We are extremely happy thus far and cannot wait for the new liner and safety cover to come in. I highly recommend this group if you are considering replacing a concrete patio or need other pool services.

They responded quickly to our request for pool closing and did the job right. They also happily answered all of our ‘new pool owner’ questions, plus gave us tips on maintaining water quality. Excellent work

They were quick to schedule and say they would be out to open and close my pool. I had to continually text and ask for updates on when they were coming to open the pool. This has happened again with closing and today he finally told me he was too far away to do the job. Very disappointed with their communication. They did a fine job when they did show up but getting them here was very hard.

Yes, he did a great job and had to make several trips to finish it. He was kind, courteous and helpful of the needs. I need it done. And he kept in contact the whole time.
