They quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve it within am hour. Service technician was very polite and comforting. The initial visit was for a dryer that was not working and he discovered that it was due to an inadequate power supply. I later hired them to repair my ice maker, which was also quickly diagnosed a repaired once the necessary part was available. They are now my go-to for appliance repair and would recommend them.

I like the fact they were up front and honest with the repairs cost, the repairman showed me what was wrong with my dryer, showed me the pricing sheet, and never felt like there were any â hidden costsâ ! They were on time, respectful of the property, and pleasant over all! Highly recommend!

My technician was wonderful. He explained the best and worst case scenario. Lucky for me, the best case scenario was what turned out to be the problem. I did allow him to perform preventive maintenance on my appliance because of my confidence in his recommendations.

Had our microwave oven die and it had multiple issues. Called Appliance EMT and Marcus came to our rescue! He was extremely professional, friendly, and took time to explain his troubleshooting process, it was a neat education into microwave ovens. He found multiple problems apparently caused by major components shorting out and blowing fuses everywhere. He was tenacious is finding all the problems and stayed calm and continued to describe the issues to me. After waiting several weeks to get all the parts ordered and received, Marcus was able to get our oven back into like new operation. Thanks Marcus, we need more young technicians like you who enjoy the challenge and have a never give up attitude. We will always go to Appliance EMT in the future and highly recommend them to our friends, especially recommend Marcus!
