Joe is a very personable and professional technician who took the time necessary to do a very good job - the job was scheduled to last between four and six hours but actually ran seven. There's a very noticeable improvement in the dust level in the house and, although subjective, the air quality seems to have improved as well.

Joe was prompt and very knowledgable about the vent cleaning process. Our laundry room is very snug and getting to the back of the dryer is difficult. Joe was very careful pulliing the dryer out and didn't scuff the wall or the surrounding cabinetry. I am very confident that I can run the dryer and not have to worry about the lint build up. I would definately call for their service again.
