They had a coupon on their site and without even seeing our house to give us an estimate, they pulled the coupon off the table. We ended up having less vents than we thought and it took him less time than he thought and still gave my husband a snod remark about the coupon. Do not use them!

First of all I would like to apologize that the customer was not happy. When we quote a duct cleaning project we give you a price on the square footage of your house and not the number of vents. We strive to be fair and have no hidden costs to the homeowner. We generally send out an email ahead with our posted prices otherwise the prices are on our website. Sometimes when we quote people over the phone we tell them that the price is with the $50 off coupon and occasionally sometimes people will try to "double dip" using the coupon. If anybody ever wants a sheet with our prices, feel free to email me and I will send them one. Have a wonderful day!
