Appalachian Lawn Care & Snow Removal

They were absolutely great!

Jonathan was very responsive when i called him and came out for a quote and even called me back in a few weeks which was ahead of schedule which was great. Unfortunatley they drove on my lawn and ruined various sections of my grass which i had to repair and fill in. They were also supposed to edge all the beds but they only did a few of them. They also quoted me a price but when i finally got the invoice it was quite a bit higher than what was quoted.

They did a good job.

Guy came and gave my partner a price which was agreed upon. They showed up and did the work, but decided it was OK to drive on the lawn and left big track marks across our grass. Brought this up to them, and of course they claimed there was no way that they could have done that, despite being the only workers we've had here this fall when the tire marks showed up. Then it took weeks to get an invoice because they came after they said they would (fine, it was Thanksgiving weekend, but maybe a heads up), and when they did send an invoice, charged more than was agreed upon. Sent it in because wanted to just be done with and requested a receipt, never received it.

This company is the BEST! As soon as I clicked Send for a quote the phone rang. I mean not a second later. It was immediate. Jonathan came right out, quoted a reasonable price, called when he said he would, came when he said he would, and did an excellent, very professional job. We asked him about another project we had in mind and again he was awesome. We will certainly use his services again. We highly recommend this company.

The company was helpful and got the job done. Communication was inconsistent though.

Excellent work and customer service. Jonathan came back to make sure I was happy with the work and also reseeded areas that needed a little more attention. He will take care of trimming and pruning my new garden every year. I highly recommend Appalachian Lawn Care and Snow Removal.

All done. No comments.

Able to come and do the work on short notice and did everything very well. Will have them plowing throughout the winter.
