Apollo Roofing Company San Rafael

My name is Theresa and Apollo Roofing re roofed my home. Matthew was very helpful with the whole process from start to finish. Christine the office lady was also very prompt to answer any questions and concerns I had. She even made sure the correct color of shingle was ordered for me. I think they are a good company and if I ever need anything else roof wise I would go with them again.

Apollo Roofing was an amazing company to work with. I needed to have my roof replaced recently and did not know anything about what materials were best or what I should look for. Matthew took the time to walk me through every step of our estimate and explain to me why this was necessary, the most patient guy I know. I will recommend Apollo for peace of mind to all of my Friends and family

Roof was completed, and is good. However communication was not great- the project manager did not communicate the schedule or say when they would show up on day 1, or what the schedule for the week was. They moved fast and broke things- landscape lights, shingles flung everywhere, plants crushed, tar marks on many painted white surfaces (pergola, siding, trim, etc). Wrong drip edge color was installed (I was the one to catch that). Despite clear milestones in the contract, they asked for payment for demolition portion before demo was complete, asked for payment for materials before materials were delivered, project manager was aloof, did not reliably show up to site, and was unaware of details and had poor control over the 100% Spanish speaking crew. They missed demolition of a portion of roof that I had to point out to them- again poor attention to detail and quality control. When they made mistakes, they generally attempted to fix, but I would expect better from the get go.

Gilad and his crew did a great job on our new roof and gutters. We couldn’t be happier with how efficiently and professionally the job got done, and it looks great!

Shimon did excellent work
