I give them credit for trying to remedy the problem but the problem will not be able to be remedied because unless you tear out all the tile.

We tried our best but unfortunately the grout product that was chosen was extremely sub par and caused problems the entire process. I would suggest taking the situation to the manufacturer. If there's anything else at all we can help you with please feel free to give us a call.

The owner Ivan started out super nice and was very friendly telling us he would take care of us and do a great job and we would be satisfied. Well when I told him I wanted to talk to him about the unfinished baseboards he turned the complete opposite, he was yelling at me through the phone and cursing, his words were “I knew it, I knew i should have never gotten involved with you people” “can you understand in your head that I have a family to feed”, that one confused me, he had already charged me $6000 just for labor to tile a 1200 sq foot area, and I supplied my own tile. All I wanted is for the baseboards to be fixed and completed, he was in a rush to get them done, instead of trying to talk about it and finish it like a professional he said “I’m done with you people” so not I have unfinished baseboards, s

Dear (consumer name withheld per their request), This office has been retained by Apex s.c. LLC , to pursue collection for an unpaid invoice in the amount of $1665 for the installation of wood base and corresponding materials completed October 12, 2017. Despite attempts by Ivan to resolve the unpaid balance with you, the mater remains unresolved. Further, you posted an unfavorable review the week of November 21, 2017 concerning the recent work despite text messages between yourself and ApexÂ’s owner, Ivan Dominguez, expressing your satisfaction with the work performed. My client would like to resolve this matter amicably and in that effort, has retained this office to resolve this matter. Please remit the balance due of $1665 to my FirmÂ’s address above no later than January 18, 2018. If payment is not received, further action will be taken including filing a lien on your property and further legal proceedings in small claims court.

After Hurricane Irma, I needed flooring for my condo fast. I live out of state so I researched on the Internet and came across Apex Stone Craft. I liked what I read and decided to try him without any recommendations from anyone. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my choice. Ivan went out of his way to ensure everything was done in record time, done to specifications, and done to my exacting requirements. I will definitely use him again and can highly recommend him.
