Followed CDC COVID-19 protocols, wore masks and kept distance whenever possible. They were prompt to answer our call., they were there within 1 hr and the project lasted 4 days. Ivan was great, courteous, professional and price was fair. Our floor looks outstanding.

My experience with contractors performance in South Florida has been disappointing. Apex was an exception.
Grout continues to come out and cracked tile. No return calls, text promises to fix but no follow up 5 months later. Truly disappointed and I love the tile I picked but hate installation.
Mrs Dee, The reason why your grout is coming out is because you live in a trailer home and we told you from the beginning your floor has movement and you needed to install a sub-floor. You insisted, very firmly, it was not needed, and we told you this would happen. We even felt bad you made that decision and tried to help you out. We cut out all the grout joints and used Ardex grout which is a stronger grout free of charge. It happened again, and you called us. We then explained to you the last option would be to use an epoxy grout, but, you would have to pay time and material. You said, you were going on vacation and you would call me when you got back. We never heard from you till now. We tried to help you out even though we told you from the beginning this was not going to work and this is how you treat us. I am very hurt by these unjust allegations.
