Very good experience with our home roof replacement with Icon. Look, paying for a new roof is no one's idea of fun, but over time the peace of mind that will come with our new 40-year roof will likely be worth. We got a total of 3 quotes, and Icon's quote basically "tied" another company's from a financial perspective, but I felt more comfortable with Icon because I could tell Caleb would take good care of us. I was right -- Caleb took great care of us throughout the process, checking on the project's progress almost every day. Our project did take longer than expected -- originally expected for 4 or 5 days but it took 9, due to some rainy/windy weather and fewer subs showing up to our project each day than expected. Even with the delays, Caleb checked up on us every day, assured us that the project was properly "buttoned up" for the inclement weather, and answered every one of our questions/concerns. The finished product looks fantastic, our property was cleaned up well, and we're happy we hired Icon.

Had them do a complete tear off and re-sheet. Project was done faster than they said and my house looks great!

There were a few delays (excessive heat and bad air quaility), but job was completed and cleaned up.

I contacted Justin for an estimate he came out quickly. Explained his quote and product they use very well to me. He kept in contact with me until I was ready to schedule the project. Once scheduled his crew came out and finished the job quickly. They cleaned up great. I had an issue with a nail sticking out, contacted the company and someone was out next day and fixed the problem no issues. I recommend icon to anyone who asks!

Worked with Buel, great customer service. Fast!! I have a fairly small house, the crew arrived about 7:30, completely finished by about 3:30. Cleaned up everything! Highly recommend!

ICON was amazing from the very beginning. Caleb came over the day after I called for a quote, did an inspection and write up of my shop roof, and talked me through every step of the way. The crew was courteous and professional. Within two weeks of filing the insurance claim, the roof was finished. I highly recommend ICON.

They have not started our project yet, but the customer service and support working without insurance has been excellent!

They did not fulfill the contract. He came a few weeks ago . I expressed my dissatisfaction and showed him the areas of concern. Was told he would return but have not heard anything since. I did pay him almost 7,000 dollars of 11,000 and am surprised they have not responded to the issues. They were not respectful of my home and did not clean up the debris. They threw down shingles and debris which damaged the paint. left food on the driveway which was stepped on with rocks impregnated , creating a hazard for my dog . They left plastic bags of shingle wrapping which I had to secure during a windy evening ,because the trash was blowing into my neighbors yard.

I like the quality of the material used.

He was very on top of things when it comes to communications. He was timely.
