they didn't come the day they were contracted for because of car trouble. The next day they were several hours late. They also cleaned the gutters for an additional fee and did a good job with both services.

They cleaned the house and garage gutters, they also cleared two downspouts that were not draining. They did a very good job.

Not only did did they do a very good job cleaning out my gutters, they also pointed out things that I should think about taking care in the future such as a drain spout that is leaking badly and a part of the gutter that is not adjusted right. Great job!

The actual workers were very pleasant and redid some window-sills several times at my request. I don't think the estimator conveyed to the workers that my key purpose was to clean the window ledges and sills which were blackened with dirt. They (and maybe he) seemed to think I was only interested in cleaning the actual glass. Also, they opened one window so wide I could not get it closed again, until my son had to force it, which broke a piece of the frame outside. Some of the screens they put back were not properly snapped into place. Finally, they did not clean up; I found flecks of dirt and dried paint below almost every window they cleaned. Again, both Christian and his fellow worker (didn't get his name) were very pleasant and cooperative, and they really tried to do what I asked, but I don't think they were prepared for the level and type of cleaning I wanted.
