Anytime Septic

Trevor can pump out a septic system just fine, but what he can?t do is try to repair your drain field. $9,000 and a dug up backyard later the issue still remained and we were pumping our septic out 2 weeks later. He and his office clerk ghosted us when we called to report the issue. He wouldn?t answer our calls, but when we had a friend try, guess what, they answered. The next professional we used said that he cleans up Trevor?s messes all the time. Do not use him!!!!!

I was very pleased they came out on a Sunday with temperatures in the 20s. Trevor pumped the tank, but we also had a clogged sewer line. Trevor said he'd figure it out and fix it. He cleared the clog in about 90 minutes. The reason this isn't a 5 star review is because he never discussed charges for the drain cleaning until presenting a bill for $1150 for the drain service, on top of the$650 for the tank pumping ($1800 total). I was fine with the pumping cost andexpected to be charged a few hundred dollars more for the drain work. I didn't expect $1150 for a job tht took 90 minutes and felt he should have asked me if I was willing to authorize $1150 before doing the work. It's true I didn't ask first, but I have never encountered a service that didn't want to discuss the fact the charges would be rather significant before proceeding. I would have declined the repair and fixed the clog myself if I had known. Bottom line. Good service, poor communication, unhappy customer.

Trevor was awesome, he was on time and extremely helpful in his explanation of what he was doing. He went above and beyond by digging up the other septic lid since it did not have a riser on it. Then he covered it back up. I would highly recommend him and anytime septic. I trust Trevor completely . If you are having any kind of septic issues do not wait call Trevor immediately you wont be sorry at all.. Mickie

Needed a new septic lid. They cemented the lid to the board that was covering the broken lid. When trying to get resolution, they say the person is unavailable, hang up, & refuse to return calls,

Trevor was amazing

I needed my aerobic septic system cleaned out so I called Anytime Septic one morning. They came out later that same day. The technician, Trevor, provided excellent service. He didn't rush through the work as have other companies I've used. The cost was the same that they quoted me over the phone and was very reasonable. I'll definitely call them again next time my septic system needs cleaning.
