we hired him to do a repair on our roof and put up a fence, we had to call him back the first time due to our clothes line post was put on the outside of our fence. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th times the roof was either still leaking and he left a hole in the side of my house. We have had to have him come back and fix his own mess ups at least 4 times, and my roof is still leaking in spots.
Response from Company:
[Consumer name withheld at their request] when I was at your house I performed a complete inspection of your roof and found many items that needed to be corrected due to the poor installation by your previous roofer. I went over all items that needed to be completed and you opted out of about half of them. The leaks occurring on your roof are all from the items that you chose not to have completed. The clothes line was also not on your property, so when the fence was installed, it was still outside your property. The clothes line did not look like it was being used, so this did not seem like an issue. As soon as you let me know the clothes line was being used, I went out, dug it up and moved it inside your yard at absolutely no cost to you. We do appreciate your business and if you should have any problems with the repairs that I completed, I would be more than happy to take another look at them.

I have work with others . They have all been disappointment's. Chuck not only handle the normal work on this old place but with skill and with in budget. Took care of all the surprise that happen with this hundred year old house and garage. He surpass my expectations . I will hire him again when I need work done .

They came out quickly worked extremely hard and help me get my basement in a position where I can finish what I need to do. Its good to know that they are good people, and hard workers, who do work at reasonable prices -- to give you a hand when you need it.
