Very courteous customer service! Appointment scheduled quickly, all questions answered with patience, and very friendly personnel. Gutters repaired seamlessly as advertised, with labor guarantee. Please do NOT use Any Time roof repair My review for this company is a ( 1. ). They put the roof on when it was 34 degrees out when I told them not to until it was 50 degrees or warmer.. Within 3 weeks we had 3 leaks and a large hole in the laundry room ceiling, particles in our furnace pipe and the we had a ridge vent roof on and they put the other vents back on, so we had to wait till it got warm a couple of weeks ago to have those removed and the roof fixed. It was nothing short of a nightmare. They also kept calling trying to get me to change my review.

All of our employees are screened before employment and the salesman in question showed that he did not have the same customer service goals of our company and he is no longer a representative of Anytime Roof Repair. Repairs took way longer then expected. Some difficulties with communications. Resulting work done was excellent and and problems corrected.I'd hire again.

Mr. W, It is policy for Anytime Roof Repair to always obtain verbal or written permission to move forward on any change orders. Occasionally items are found that were not visible upon the initial inspection that require more work. We are unaware of any damaged property and the shingles that were delivered were the correct color, wrong manufacturer. These shingles were returned and replaced by the correct ones the same day. If there is an issue with your invoice or you are having trouble paying the final balance, we ask that you call us so that we may work out arrangements with you to get the final balance paid in full. 815 954 4436.
