Contractors workers were very knowledgeable and craftmanship was outstanding. Contractor went the extra mile and painted a wall not in the estimate free of charge.

It was a Sunday night when I had to call a company to fix my front door that was kicked in by my daughters boyfriend. Tylers renovations answered when no one else did (Sunday after 6pm). He was nice and courteous while I spoke to him and he was very understanding while I was very upset and hysteric because my door was broken and I was not able to describe certain parts that needed to be fixed due to not knowing the professional terms. Within 30 min a nice, handsome and young gentleman who for his age has the knowledge of a true professional showed up, looked at the door and said **too easy!**. He left in a rush to pick up parts from the store that was closing, came back and 3 hours later my home was safe again! I would absolutely recommend this company in every way for their outstanding personell and work. Thank you, Tyler!

Marth never had a single complaint about the work until it came time to pay the bill. She delayed the work 6 weeks with Her "changes" . We never charged Her for the extra work. But as soon as the bill came do, now She has a complaint about work completed 3 to 4 weeks ago. Martha G. waited 3 weeks till the tile was in before saying that She did not like it. And Her reason was not quality of work but that the pattern of tiles was too chaotic and that she did not like cut tiles in the corner. Tiles have to be cut to fit within the area. Martha G delayed the job 6 weeks with her changes. 1. wanted 32" corner shower, we suggested something bigger since 32" is very small. She said No but when shower arrived it was too small for Her. Had to order another shower. Wanted a 42" Delta but cannot get. So went to tile. 10 day delay 2. Tile delay. Once pan was there Martha took 9 extra days to pick a tile and of course it was a special order. 13 days delay 3. She picked cabnits that did not fit. We said we could cut them down but she stated that she would know they were cut and that it would be too much strain on Her nerves knowing they were cut. 4 week delay. Still do not have cabnits 4. Re drywalled; martha had us redo the orange peel 3 times because She saw patterns in the splatter. 5. First it was green then white then after going to Chiles( the restaurant) back to green but now white cabnits. Then 1 week later back to green walls with grey cabnits. 6. Had us order tile; changed Her mind to Grey WPC. Special Order. decided to was too grey and went and chose a grey vinyl plank. Special order 2 week delay. 7. walls painted 3 times based upon Her whims. Every person that went to that house bent over backwards for Her because She said that She never had a good experience with renovations. " Most just up and quit.", Martha Said. Still do not have official complaint about the work.

They destroyed my house and took $40,000, yes $40,000 and the owner assaulted me. Filed a police report.They are thiefs and destroyed my house CHARLATANS!!! BROKE OVER $2,500 IN HOME FURNISHING INSIDE AND OUT. I AM ALSO HAVING TO REPLACE THE TOP OF MY TRANE HVAC UNIT, THEY LEFT PAINT EVERYWHERE , FRONT BALCONY LEAKS WORSE THAN BEFORE, PAID THEM TWICE THE ORIGINAL QUOTE, OWNER ASSAULTED ME WHEN I COMPLAINED. CAUGHT IT ALL ON CAMERAS AND FILED A POLICE REPORT. FIRED THEM AND NOTHING WAS COMPLETED AFTER GIVING TYLER SPONCHIA $40,000. NO WORK WAS COMPLETED. I HAD TO FILE AN ASSUALT REPORT ON FRANK SPONCHIA. TYLER RENOVATIONS DOES NOT PULL CITY PERMITS AND NOT REGISTERED AS A BUSINESS AS PER MY ATTORNEY. RON ROTH WHO IS THE CHIEF CITY BUILDING INSPECTOR VISITED AND STATED THEY DID NOT MEET CITY CODE ON FRONT DECKING SLOPE. RAY ADANTO WHO IS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR EL PASO HOME BUILDERS ASSOCIATION DOES NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE. THEY LIVE IN HORIZON CITY AND I HAVE THEIR ADDRESS. THIS VENDOR IS A CROOK AND PENDING COMPLETION BY ANOTHER WELL KNOWN CONTRACTOR I WILL BE FILING AGAINST THEIR SURETY BOND COMPANY, WHICH MAY BE BOGUS LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE THEY DID. NEW CONTRACTOR SAYS ALL WORK TYLER SPONCHIA SAID NEEDED TO BE DONE WAS NOT NECESSARY. DO NOT USE THIS CON MAN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVERY HAD. I WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO PUT THESE SHYSTERS OUT OF BUSINESS. I HAVE OVER 100 PICTURES OF DAMAGES ON SUBSTANDARD WORK. TYLER SPONCHIA TROLLS THE WORK SITES AND THEN CALLS AND GOES IN FOR THE RIP OFF.
