Kevin gave us an estimate to replace our front brick steps. We were on a tight schedule since I was about to have knee surgery and needed to enter the house on those steps. To meet our schedule, Anytime Construction actually started a week early. Once construction started, we realized there was no foundation and the old steps were built on disintegrating cinder block. After discussing the issue, Kevin outlined the best way to resolve the issue. The town inspector agreed with Kevin and we agreed to pour a new, reinforced foundation. This was a substantial increase in cost, and to help us afford the addition, Kevin offered us a financing option. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the final project looks beautiful. Highly recommended!

Kevin was hired to do a gutter installation on my house. when we spoke we agreed upon gutter removal and installation with gutter guards (replace the existing setup). i was hanging my Christmas lights this past weekend and when i went up on the ladder there were NO gutter guards installed!!! i called Kevin right away and he said no we agreed on the on the back of the house with the gutter guards. i told him no it was direct replacement and we agreed on gutter guards all around. he said he would call his gutter guy and get back to me. he never called me back. just for curiosity i got out a ladder and checked the back of my house and i could not believe there were not gutter guards there either!! 2 days later i proceeded to call Kevin and tell him the installers didn't even put them on the back either. He told me well we never agreed on gutter guards and hung up on me!! i could not believe that after Kevin telling me that it should only be in the back then it was not we never agreed on the gutter guards. i would not to use Any Time Construction and if you do get everything in writing. Kevin was dishonest and refuses now to return my calls or emails. i do not recommend him or his company. i will continue to try and get a hold of him and see if he will correct this situation update 2/28/20. for some strange reason Kevin just called me yelling at me for my bad review of his company. i thought he was going to maybe try to wrong his right, but he just went on about how he has more good reviews than bad and that he doesn't care about me or my review. i told him that i already got some one to complete the job he said he would do so i moved on. he basically called me to tell me how he does not care about my review (if he didn't care i do not know why he would call me). i just informed him that all i want people to get out of my review is that if you use Kevin and his company to get everything in writing so there is no questions on what you expect. it was my fault for doing work on a hand shake and i never do that. but you live and learn with some business.

Anytime Construction was prompt, courteous, explained all in detail what had to be done correctly. Kevin gave a very reasonable price. I am very happy with their work. The quality of the paver driveway installation was very good. Anytime was accommodating and flexible with requested changes. The crew however, needs to take more care of the owners property. Careless with hose and use of the garage.
