? 1-Star Review ? Warning: Do Not Hire Anselmo?s Sealcoating I strongly urge anyone considering Anselmo?s Sealcoating to look elsewhere. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I hired them to sealcoat my driveway, and within less than a month, the asphalt started to deteriorate. It was clear that incredibly cheap and low-quality materials were used. The surface began to crack and flake almost immediately ? something that should never happen with a proper sealcoating job. I contacted Anselmo (the owner) multiple times ? at least 15 ? and every time he had a different excuse for not showing up to fix the issue. He promised to come back and make things right, but those were just empty words. It?s obvious now that he had no intention of following through. This company does not stand behind its work, and in my experience, Anselmo is dishonest and unreliable. Don?t fall for promises or a friendly attitude up front ? once he has your $$$

Jim responded quickly to my request for a quote and, lucky for us, he was able to schedule us right away! They did a great job on our very old driveway that was long overdue to be sealed! We are very happy with the way it came out. Jim was responsive, professional and easy to deal with. Would not hesitate to hire Anselmo again!

Jim clearly communicated what the job would entail, texted a contract along with his HIC license, and a copy of his unsurance. He was timely, courteous, neat, and efficient. The driveway looks great.

They were great! Called us back quickly and managed to fit us in quickly. Did a very good job filling the cracks and sealing the driveway. Very professional job! Very satisfied with the work. Will definitely use them again!

Anselmo filled in cracks in my asphalt driveway then sealed it. They did a quality job. However later that evening we got a heavy downpour with 3+inches of rain. I called them the next day. They came back 3 working days later & reapplied the sealant with no questions asked. Their price was reasonable & no additional cost to reseal after the rain. I will definitely use them again & give my highest recommendation.

Jim came out and looked at my driveway was honest about it's condition (said it wasn't bad, not what the others said). He was professional and very reasonable. He and his team came in and were done by noon. I'm a pretty picky person and will hire him next time it needs to be done. 5 Stars! I saw there was a negative review for him. I think the person had the wrong company. This was a complete pleasure start to finish.

Overall a good experience. The seat coating had to be reapplied, because the heavy rain had washed parts of it away. The owner was responsive throughout the process
