Good company

On March 2, 2024, I contacted Abid Construction. I had small damage to my ceiling by an upstairs leaky radiator. Also, in another room, minor damage to the ceiling and wall due to a roof leak. I engaged Abid Construction to do the above repairs and also to re-caulk my shower stall that had a small leak and to re-caulk around the sink in the powder room. Well, the work done on the ceiling and wall was really excellent. However, much to my dismay I had to call Abid Construction back 3 times because the caulking of the shower stall was so poorly done that made it worse than when he started. By my 3rd call I told Abid that I would caulk the shower stall myself. But no, he insisted that he would come the next morning. He did not come, nor did he call. I ended up caulking the stall myself and it has not leaked since. I made the mistake of paying in full without a holdback to ensure satisfaction. Caulking the shower needs hours to dry prior to use so I paid the full amount. The caulking around the powder room sink also does not look professional at all.
