Andrey came over to my house and instantly gave me a same day quote on tiling 1 bedroom, 1 game room, and renovating/tiling a small bathroom. He was able to start a couple of days later. The first day he removed the old flooring and prepped for tiling. He also removed the old cheap laminate painted paneling off the walls, the toilet, and the vanity in our bathroom. The second day he tiled the first bedroom. Our mover was running late to pick up our pool table from the game room, but this did not stop Andrey. This did not stop Andrey. He moved the poo, table to the side to start tiling the game room. The pool table finally got moved out and Andrey was able to finish tiling the game room. After the electrician rewired the bathroom, Andrey sheet rocked and finished the walls. The toilet flange was too high in the bathroom, so Andrey cut it down and replaced it with a the lower profile toilet flange. Andrey went that extra mile and was not suppose to do any painting. We agreed I would do the painting. He ended up painting behind the toilet and vanity before installing it back in the bathroom. This is the extra mile service Andrey does which we appreciate very much. It may be a small thing, but those type of things he does for the customer goes a long way. We did a final walk through and everything was in order from what we agreed on. If I ever have a tile job in the future, Andrey will be the first person I call.

Andrey was very polite and easy to work with. He was on time each day and communicated his plans/progress for the project each day,so we knew exactly what to expect. We were very satisfied with his tile work, we love our new backsplash.

Andrey is top notch. We needed our shower pan replaced. When we could not find the 2x2 tile that mached the existing bench and walls. Two other companies suggested we choose a new tile and replace the whole shower. Andrey cut them all from 12x12 tile . Thats above and beyond.
