The project was the demolition of an old non-functional bathroom and installation of a new bathroom. The project involved moving plumbing and electrical, putting up new framing, drywall and flooring, installing fixtures and doing finishing trim and painting. Not only was Andy skilled and professional through all of the construction, he also offered valuable suggestions from his experience that enhanced the final product. I absolutely recommend him.

We got scammed by a crooked contractor. Andy fixed everything he did wrong, beyond our expectations. He keeps the price down, as much as possible. He does much of the work himself, so your not getting sub contractors. He also fixed up my rental property, so I could sell it. I just signed a purchase and sale agreement for 20,000 over listing!!!!!!! Thanks Andy

Andy went above and beyond to make a small outdated bathroom look amazing and even added details that made it really unique. He kept us updated throughout the project to make sure we were happy with the progress and brought our vision to fruition. Overall the project went smoothly. Andy built a pavilion in our backyard. He did a great job and we have enjoyed the results of this project.

Andy was professional, personable and competent. He was able to answer multiple questions concerning the home inspection. I also want to mention that Mr. Mitchell built a gazebo for us in the past And did a phenomenal job. We will hire him again for the next job and highly recommend him for home inspection or carpentry work.
