Anderson Garage Doors

My Garage Door opener of 18 years died. I reached out to this company this past Friday and they offered a free inspection on Sunday. Carlos, who did the inspection stated I needed a new garage door motor. He was pleasant friendly, and I really appreciate him coming out on Sunday. Especially since their hours of operation are from Monday through Saturday. I will go through this veteran family own company for all my garage related issues and will be happy to refer anyone else in need of help.

After two failed garage door services by two different google-recommended companies, I was under the impression my garage door was just needing replaced altogether. So, after I entered my information to homeadvisor, Carlos came by to talk new doors, took a look at my situation, and determined he could fix it. I was hesitant after already having two companies and $1200 (total) sunk into the repairs that failed, but Carlos quoted me far less, so I agreed for a last-ditch effort before a $2k+ new door option. Carlos was meticulous in his craft and fixed hinges, track alignment, tension cords AND showed me the motor setting was pushing the door into the ground and would eventually damage the motor! Carlos did an awesome job and prevented further damage where the other companies had set me up for failure. After Carlos made his adjustments and improvements, my garage door is now operating the best it can considering the damage it has been through. When the time came for payment, I expected there to be unspoken fees and extras not foreseen, but Carlos kept to his original word of price! Though I can’t promise he can do that every time, what I will promise is that he’s not out to make a quick buck; he’s out to make sure his company has integrity and a name you’ll be willing to recommend to anyone needing garage door services! My only regret is not finding Anderson Garage Doors my first time looking to hire for repair. I recommend them to anyone looking for garage door services!
