Showed up on time. Communicated promptly by text. Was efficient and able to localize the problem quickly. Service was great at a fair price.

Ananda did an excellent job. Showed up on time and even texted on his way to give me an exact time. I had a rusty refrigerator pan drain slowly leaking water beneath the crisper drawer. He had me send the model number before the visit so he could pre-diagnose… And pretty much knew what the problem was when he got here. Even though he had to run out to get the part, he was in and out in 2.5 hours. Finally cleaning up everything behind himself. Would definitely recommend and plan on using him again should another appliance fail.

Ananda Tracey truly is the appliance wizard. Over the last year has fixed significant issues with my wine cellar cooler, a small wine refrigerator, and our double oven. He repaired each to like new condition at a tiny fraction of the cost to replace these items. He has saved me thousands of dollars! In addition, he always does what he says he will do - on time, within estimate, and follows through with any adjustments needed timely. 10 out of 10!

Mr Wizard came out and quickly found the problem. Unfortunately the part I needed had to be ordered. It came in the following Friday and he made time to come and install it the same day so we wouldn't have to go another weekend without our refrigerator. He seemed to know his craft very well.

Yesterday I needed a fridge repair. I went to Maps to look for someone nearby, and I found the Appliance Wizard. Catchy name drew me in. When I first spoke with Ananda, he was not available. Shortly after, he called me back with same-day availability. I let him know what was going on with the fridge/freezer over the phone, and when he arrived, he had the necessary tools and quickly resolved the problem. Ananda is an expert in the field. I will certainly be working with him in the future.

Good service and follow up by Ananada. Excellent communication and prompt arrival within scheduled appoint window. Diagnosed issue with mircrowave oven via pictures in text, ordered part and installed it when arrived.

Ananda is a professional. He is on-time, quick to assess the situation, friendly, and a skilled repairman. The first two times he came to our house (a leaking washing machine and a faulty microwave) turned out to be much larger problems (sub-floor plumbing line back-up and a dangerous burned out part on the microwave). He ran diagnostic tests and gave recommendations to the next steps. Today, he replaced my garbage disposal, which included some plumbing/pjpe work. He did the work quickly and efficiently. He's a great communicator and I find him to be very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Ananda, the owner of the Company came to diagnose why my 6 year old refrigerator stopped working. He came promptly, took time to assess the problem and communicated clearly what conclusions he came to. The problems with the refrigerator were major. When Ananda came to do the repairs, he spent approximately five uninterrupted hours diligently doing what he needed to bring the refrigerator back to life. Not only dud he revive the refrigerator but it functions better than it ever had, over the last 6 years.
