Always take multiple bids. I lucked out when Amigos Tree Service contacted me to bid on the removal of our dead tree. Mr. Cruz came out and looked at the project. Provided a quote on the spot. He was definitely fair on his pricing. I told him on Monday that I accepted his bid. Tuesday morning the crew showed up and within 2 hrs the tree was gone. I ask him to leave about 3 feet of the tree because I wanted to use it as a base for a birdhouse or bath. He made the cut level so I wouldn't have to do anything but set the item on the stump. I am keeping them in my Favorites and will contact them next time for tree trimming or removal.

They were honest, professional, prompt and hard working. Tony quoted me a reasonable price and did a job that others didn't want to be bothered with (removing brush). Tony and his young men were really easy to work with and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them!

Tony and his team did an outstanding job. Tony helped me to identify trees that needed to be removed and others that needed trimming. They came to the house when Tony said they would and completed the work. Tony and his crew came early and finished in a reasonable amount of time. They were efficient and cleaned up after the job. They also hauled away the trimmed limbs. But it was initially difficult to get him to pin down a time when he was available. On a Friday he said he would call and schedule a date to come by. But he didn't call. I had to contact him several times; and finally when I threatened to cancel and hire someone else, he said he would come the very next day. He did. Why I didn't give 5 Stars.
