Steve and crew were great. They worked efficiently as a team and got the job done quickly. We had a lot of branches because of previous storms and they removed them as well. We had a tree which had fallen and needed to be cut. Steve came back a few days later and cut it for us. Thanks guys for the great job. We'll see you next year. Steve went out of his way to involve me in every choice. I wanted different than anyone and he helped me achieve it with working with me. I am happy with my front yard. I work 70-80 hrs a week he made himself available to the little time I have. The only reason they did not get all 5 stars on everything is because of the things he did not do himself and I had some damage to plants because of it.

I ordered 10 yards of mulch which due to the size of their truck would require 2 trips. The 1st arrived and was of good quality and price- no problems and I was pleased. We agreed to a 2nd delivery to follow in a day or 2 when convenient(fortunately I did not pay the contractor in full). Long story short they never came back despite several attempts to reschedule on my part. I received one text message saying they would come back last week which came and went without so much as a courtesy update. I am very reasonable, understanding and flexible but this just seemed really unprofessional to me.

They contacted me immediately made an appointment, came by the next day, gave me a very reasonable quote so I hired them on the spot. They started the job earlier than expected, they did an excellent job and got it done super fast! I am very pleased.
