Excellent job cleaning a find from Goodwill . My $22 00 purchase looks like an expensive wool, gorgeous area rug

Overall, I was happy dealing with them for a few reasons. They did exactly what they said they would do: clean my sectional sofa and my living room wall-to-carpet at the agreed upon price. They did a nice job too and worked very hard, I could see they kept going over the challenging areas until they came out nice. I think this was a rough job for them given the mess that my pets made! Having had a previous bad experience with another carpet cleaning service last year that seemed more concerned with selling me stuff i didn't need, it was a refreshing breath of fresh air to do business with Americlean!

They showed up right on time and did a fantastic job. They took great care with my antique velour sofa, leaving it clean and pleasant smelling. They also removed the stains from my off white cotton loveseat and did a great job on my favorite Karastan rug. It's nice to deal with true service professionals who listened carefully to me and answered my questions and concerns. Wow, thank you Americlean!

Eric came in to work with and supervise his crew. He explained my options clearly and clearly stated the results we could expect using his procedure. The work was done with considerable attention to detail, and the final result exceeded what I have come to expect from previous carpet cleaners. This is an honest, hard working company.

Eric picked up rug when he said he would. Job took the amount of time he quoted and he delivered the rug back to us as soon as it was ready. It was an older rug but he did a great job and was very honest.

Ruined our rug. Had rugs cleaned. One buckled so badly was unsafe to walk on. He took it away to flatten it. Brought it back a week later, reeking of nasty cheap perfume smell. Admitted he used Downy fabric softener to release the buckled areas. Took it back. Just returned it nine days later, rolled up, still stinking of the downy scent, and SOAKING WET.. We have no place to unroll and dry a reeking, wet rug, and it is raining outside. Our rug is ruined, he is full of excuses, we have demanded compensation for the rug but no reply yet. stay away warning if we could. Edit 10/07/2019 UPDATE: After calling and leaving him another message with the exact cost of a replacement rug ($230 for a similar rug), he called back. Shouted at me to just dry the d*** rug and then also you wanna go to war and you stupid b***** and then multiple F*** you and F*** your husband too.

Eric was excellent. He supervised the entire process of cleaning my carpet. Work done was excellent, fast, and efficient. Great value.

This Company is great! The owner supervises every job so it’s done right. Really nice job Witt no issues and on time.

He came on time did a good job and left quickly. What more can you ask for?

They were very accommodating, arrived on time and did a great job. The rugs and upholstery look braND new.
