Excellent work. Completed on time. The price was less than two other quotes and included 2 sump pumps. Amount of concrete dust from jackhammer was more than I expected, but this likely would have been with any contractor. This should be emphaszied to clear out basement as much as possible before job.

/There were five big burly men that came into my little house with large masks, the first day they air brushed my floor with the epoxy, no warning as to the fumes, when I arrived home from work, the fumes overwhelmed me. I had to sleep with my windows opened all night and I live alone on the first floor, nevertheless, I did not sleep well. I explained to them, what happened, he said the fumes were not toxic. Ah, that is why he came in with an exhaust mask. Okay, so now they are painitng the floor with epoxy, I said to them to the floor must be prepared before it is painted. Do you have a sshop vac?? There was all kinds of sediment stuck .

Two Burly Men, Two Skinny men :) EnviroShield is very non toxic and low VOC(go to their website and look at the MSD Sheets), However using an airless spray gun places too much of the media in the air to not wear a respirator. Even though the floor was scraped, swept and Pressure Washed, the EnviroShield epoxy had some sediment infiltration around the chimney due to the decay of the block and mortar which continuously fell during the application. We spent 3 extras days working to satisfy this customer, working in and around the holidays to help meet her work and travel schedule. Its painful to see this.

he was two hours late to our consultation, and after the installation of the sump pump was done he never showed me how to operate the equipment. very unprofessional.
Response from Company:
No one was home at the completion of the job to be able to explain the pump operation. Delays in consultations can occur in any business, Brett was notified in advance about our delay. I did however leave an instruction manual for the pump with Brett and gave him a tutorial over the phone on the pumps functions. Brett's criticisms are unbacked, and unprovoked and should be disregarded.
