American Veteran's Roofing

After a brutal bout of winter weather we needed a new roof, and we weren't alone. Most contractors we contacted didn't even return our calls. However, American Veterans Roofing actually answered the phone, and we had a visit within 24 hours, At that first meeting we were supplied a quote. It was a little less than I expected, and this indeed turned out to be the final price. There was no attempt to "upsell." Work was scheduled and completed in one day, as promised. Cleanup was very good. We did find a little debris in the yard after heavy storms, but not much,and this was better than our roofing experiences with other companies. We have a very complicated roof, with multiple levels and seven skylights. After the first heavy storm we found a leak at one of the skylights. We called the next morning, and a worker showed up within a few hours. I can't recall any contractor being so responsive. We are please with the work and the service and would recommend American Veterans.

Doug immediately returned my call to provide an estimate for my roof replacement. The work was done in a timely manner, with an excellent crew at a very fair price, My roof was done professionally and Doug was available anytime to answer questions regarding any aspect of the job.

I'm 70 years old and this was the third roof I have had replaced on different homes. This was the best roofing contractor I have worked with. From the estimate through the cleanup there was an exceptional degree of customer service. The crew was on time, polite and preformed the work professional.

My moms house had a good amount of critter damage. Doug and his team came in and removed 3 layers of roof, replaced necessary wood, and reshingled the roof all in the same day. He was very easy to work with, very personable and truly seemed to care about my moms home. The cost, even with the unexpected repairs, was well below the competition, plus we have a fantastic warranty. The new roof looks wonderful!!! Had new gutters and downspouts replaced and installed. Great job from start to finish. The owner quoted the job and set up prompt installation. They were in and out before I got home from work! You didn't even know anyone was there. Clean up was amazing. And the price was great. Owner came by to inspect afterwards and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Will definitely recommend them.

I had a partial roof collapse on a rental property rubber roof. They did an outstanding job removing the old roof, re-framed all the roof joists and applied a new rubber roof with an improved design to prevent any future problems. They did this emergency repair in 3 days! I would recommend this company for any roofing project.

American Veterans was very professional. They did a timely job and excellent work. There was no hassle involved either. The owner even came out to meet with my homeowners insurance agent to discuss what needed to be done. After purchasing a new roof on both my detached garage and my home, I later called them back out to do my gutters. I was very happy with the job they did on my gutters also.
