American Property Services did a great job at my house in Alexandria. They showed up very fast and quickly restore my house. The water damaged the whole ceiling and the floor. The kitchen cabinets were saved and they had the insurance to pay for them to be replaced. Highly recommend them.

I am glad to find the company with friendly and polite staff who care about my house. Sam’s professionalism and experience gave me a piece if mind that I am in a good hands. The result and fast response and arrival reduced a lot of damage. And the water did not have time to travel more further. I was able to get contract sign over the email while I was away from the house and they where there in less than an hour. I recommend APS to anyone needs emergency water restoration service.

The pipe burst in the main level caused flooded the basement and damaged the bedrooms and the kitchen. APS and their tram did a great job to urgently dry and restore the basement. They directly billed the insurance company. I was very happy with their customer service and how caring and experience they are.

After our sump pump failed, our basement was underwater. American Property Services responded promptly and got to work right away. Their expertise and equipment made all the difference. They dried out our basement, removed the damaged drywall, and even helped us replace some of the ruined belongings. Their customer service was top-notch, and we are so grateful for their help in our time of need. We highly recommend American Property Services for any water damage restoration needs!
