I didn’t realize American plumber did heating as well as plumbing. Ernie is the epitome of a business owner who is there to help. He gives you options, explains the work needed and performs the work at a reasonable price.

American Plumber guys and Ernie are very polite and professional. They did a great job replacing the water main at a very reasonable price. Will definitively recommend to my association, neighbors and friends.

The job was done quicker than I expected and it was done well. I would recommend that you discuss exactly how the area will be left after completion so there is no disappointment.

Got to my house within one hour of my emergency call of a leak. Identified the issue within minutes aand repaired it right away.

American Plumber came to my rescue after a terrible experience with trying to use the AWR Waterline Protection Program (that I pay for every month) and the contractor that they sent to my house. After waiting for almost a month to finally get an AWR assigned contractor to come to my home, they provided me with an exorbitant estimate to find and fix the leak under my slab. Not being happy with that, and having had a couple of good experiences with American Plumber in the past, I decided to try calling them to see what they could do. Ernie was great and provided a tentative estimate that was about 1/3 of what I had gotten from the AWR contractor, so I asked them to come in and do the work. Kamil came the following day, ready to spend a couple of hours excavating the concrete (where a leak detection service had said that the leak would be), repairing the leak, and replacing the concrete. Unfortunately, after excavating where the leak was supposed to be, Kamil found that it wasn't there at all. This lead to several more hours of excavating to 'chase the leak', until finally he ended up snaking PEX line through about 20 feet of pipe to repair the leak. While the job ended up taking much more time and effort than any of us had originally expected (since we assumed that the leak detection service knew what they were doing), Kamil remained pleasant and professional throughout. Obviously, there were additional charges, so the job ended up costing much more than was originally estimated, but it certainly wasn't the fault of Kamil, Ernie, or American Plumber. I was just happy to finally have the leak fixed. I would certainly recommend American Plumber to anyone who needs to have plumbing work done. Kamil was very patient and dedicated to getting the job done. I will certainly call them whenever I need work done again.

American Plumber was courteous and timely and did a quality work. They worked with my association in coordinating the fix for a water main break. Will hire them again.
