I would never go anywhere else for mold testing. I called and the lady in the office was so nice and informative and got me scheduled around my crazy schedule, not theirs so that meant a lot. The guy that came out and tested my home was really nice and professional. I was so glad to know we didn't have mold! I have told everyone I know about American mold experts.

They were very professional, good at their trade and if I had any questions they would make sure they were answered. They did a very wonderful job--the house was very clean, all put back exactly the way it was when they were done and overall it was an expert job.

During a very stressful time, due to water leaking into the basement behind paneling and spreading through the HVAC system, I needed to find a solution quickly. AME came out and had the mold tested and we put a plan together using their patented enzyme product. They remediated the entire house over a two day period, and then retested the home a few days later and found the spore count was greatly reduced, however it was not completely eliminated. They then came out and re mediated a second time at no additional cost. They also helped me to address some other water issues I had had. It's now two and a half months later, and there is no sign of any further mold problems. They are the only company I know that provides a 100% guarantee on their work. My gratitude and thanks to Bill, Andy, Craig and other staff at AME.

Our inspector was thorough, professional and bent over backwards to help us out. He even offered to come back for free and/or provide any further information regarding our inspection to the seller of the house we were inspecting. Highly recommended.
