I worked with Ben Jensen, who claimed to be a half-owner of the company, and after months of lies and false promises, he told me that the insurance paid for the crew of Ben to install a new roof on my house, and that was it. The rest of the work the siding, the screens, and the gutters seemed like Ben Jensen just took my money, but no one else did anything else. Just more lies and false promises. I hired a new contractor who promised to do the rest of the work the insurance paid for within 2 days of Ben Jensen returning my unused portion of the insurance money, and I am still waiting. No contact; just lies and false promises. This has been going on from May 2022 to now, December 2022, and I am still waiting!

First off A.H.R attempted to install r13 insulation in my walls and ceiling (our contract called for r21 for my 2x6 construction) 24hrs before sheetrock was to be installed...luckily I caught them in the act . Garage floor started cracking 3 months after construction, now 6 months later, said crack is now long. Concrete is starting to heave. Advised Ben of problem(s), now refuses to return calls---after taking payment--- to address a litany of construction failures. From doors being damaged and installed incorrectly, to (3) 20 long cracks ..and growing.. along the ceiling sheetrock seams. At one point my vehicle was held hostage by Bens crew due to the sheetrock installed above garage overhead door had shifted and blocked the door from opening. Turns out, sheetrock was not attached. Bens ghosting started immediately after an admittedly frantic call to him about the hostage situation. Quite the crew. At least my ceiling matches my floor now I guess. Be warned.
