American Home Building worked on numerous projects at our new home in Berlin. From a customized 3 car garage to replacing decking and railings on porches and things in between such as installing new windows and replacement doors. They completely overhauled a home in roughly 6 months 3 of which were winter. Whether it’s big or small or anything in between give this guy a shot!

Bryan was top notch. A phenomenal business man, kept his word on everything we talked about and agreed upon, and his communication was impeccable. Everyday from start to finish, I was never left in the dark. His hardworking crew were a homerun, impressive, good work ethic, and built my deck during some of the hottest humid days as well as in the pouring rain to stay on schedule as promised. I am looking forward to bringing them all back next year to do my roof and a shed and down the road and addition. I highly recommend this company!

As an engineer, mechanic and overall handyman who has done this type of work in the past, I found it very difficult to hire someone that I could trust to add onto my house and build my detatched garage/workspace we've been planning for decades. Overall Bryan and his team did a remarkable job getting both buildings up on-time and in budget. He was very patient with me early in the process as I asked for references, and several modifications to the quotes before committing to start the project. Bryan always communicated any weather delays and made himself available to meet with me several times as the project progressed to ensure good communication and no surprises.
