They did an excellent job from start to finish. I always was getting ground water through the Concreate floor and seepage through the walls. There process totally eliminated my water problem. I waited one year to post this because I wanted to make sure I didn’t have a water issues. My basement is absolutely Dry!! What a Great company. I did a lot of research of all the other company processes for eliminating water and American Dry basement system came out on top. Also, other companies require yearly maintenance on there system. American Dry Basement requires no yearly maintenance . I can’t say enough about how great this company and there process of giving you a very Dry basement. What can I say about American Dry Basement Systems? A few years ago, our area experienced an extraordinary amount of rainfall. My backyard looked like a pond, and water was rising all the way to the back of my house. At the time, there was already some water in the basement, but I believed I had a solid plan in place to manage it—completely unaware of the damage that was about to unfold. The next day, I went downstairs to check the situation and was devastated to find nearly four feet of water filling my basement. Storage totes were floating, along with irreplaceable family artifacts that meant the world to me—pieces of history from loved ones who are no longer here. I immediately tried contacting the fire department, but I wasn’t alone in this situation; many others were dealing with flooding as well. With no other option, I had to purchase another water pump. ADB installed a small French drain system almost two years ago. The installation was on time and the area was left very clean. We have not had a water issue in our basement since then. I would recommend them highly.
