Andrea has worked with me for several years. I have always been very happy with the cleaning of my property. Several guests have stated how clean the house was when they checked in. I also like the special touches to the house like the towel display and leaving starter items for guests' arrival. Andrea has also let me know whenever there has been any issue with the condition of the home after guests depart. I would highly recommend Andrea and her Team

I had used American Cleaning for about 5 years until this past Christmas. I LOVE their crew - and they did a fantastic job. However, the ownership is NOT to be trusted. I put a $100 bill in an envelope for each of their 6 crew members that worked on my condos over the course of the year - for a Christmas Thank You gift. Right after the New Year, I came back to Marco Island and one their crew thanked me for their $50 gift. One of the owner's (Frankie) had taken out the $100 bill, replaced the $100 with a $50 and put the remainder in his pocket. Frankie stole half of my Christmas gift from his crew. That same weekend, I left a $80 tip for the crew members told me it was gone before they arrived. Again, Frankie came in first and took the $80. Many of my renters had left tips for the crew that were NEVER received. Apparently, Frankie was arriving early and pocketing those tips also. Andrea tried to blame the $80 on their crew, but it was Frankie (caught on Ring) who did it.

Locally owned and operated. The 2nd time they came the owner was with them. there is nothing like coming home from work and seeing your home spaerkling. FLOWER rosettes made from papertowels and throw blankets on bed etc rolled like a flower even my 20 yr old son was impressed . they are rockstars
