These plumbers were completely incompetent. After we repeatedly told them where our plumbing issues were coming from they were unable to correctly diagnose our plumbing issue, they gave us a completely incorrect negligent diagnosis, gave us ridiculous quotes to incorrectly and negligently resolve their completely incorrect diagnosis, and then charged us a diagnosis fee that they never told us about on top of the service fee. The contract and diagnosis given to us after the service did not reflect what was explained to us verbally by the plumbers. The Ambient Edge plumbers also signed on our behalf on their contract for which they never notified us of such. Ambient Edge plumbing by Jakeâ s service was negligent at best if not outright fraudulent. I called to complain and was told there was nobody to speak to me. I was given a complaint email that I sent several emails and photos and received no response. I never left them a review but to this day I keep getting email and text advertisements from them so I figured I should go leave my review. This was for a service back in April. As Iâ m leaving this review in Aug/Sept they are just now replying back to me to offer me a free AC Tune up to make things right. I would never let Ambient Edge back on my property. I requested a refund of the service fee and diagnosis fee. In April after Ambient Edge, we called another plumbing company and they came and quickly found our plumbing issue and fixed it for a small fraction of what Ambient Edge would have charged us.

Agent sold us the very expensive unit they have he said its the most efficient and good one.pays $18,900 ..our electric bill $400 plus for summer ang $700 plus for winterâ s.for a 1100 sq ft mobile home.when we called them they said its good ..comes inspection..ducting did not pass the inspection..its rediculous..

I called them because the heater had a power surge ,well the house did. I paid $100 for them to diagnose the problem. The tech tells me the on/off switch, the low and high ends, and the transformer were fried! They will email a price to fix. $1600. ! I did not let em for that price as I thought it rather high. I even called them back. Yep $1600. Well it was end of cold season. So I have waited until now summer time end of.. I call another company. They came out. told me on/off switch, low and high ends are fine. The only thing bad is transformer!!! I let them fix it!! Price well let us just say I have a receipt for less than $400. So my ? now is. Ripping the consumer off. Or the tech was just plain stupid. I paid them $100. For a diagnostics that was a lie. Call someone else.

I would suggest commercial and property management providers select another service. After special instructions were given multiple times to dispatch, a technician showed up to my property unprepared and unable to do a proper inspection of my unit. I then had a signature show up on my paid invoice that does not match my own. After that I spoke to Stephanie to get booked so work could actually be preformed on my unit, I was informed I would need to book time slots that would be at a higher rate or I could wait until next week. Mind you I booked for Wednesday at 4pm, I was charged Thursday at 7pm and as of Friday 10pm I have still yet to talk to Steven the GM. I hope no other customer is treated in this manner, I paid in full for a mistake made by dispatch and could not be offered anything more than an apology.
