This is the second home that Clay has added a lanai/pool enclosure to for us. We were so pleased with the first one, after the hurricane, that we chose to use him again when we purchased a new home. Both jobs were completed timely and the job site was cleaned up afterward. Quality materials and workmanship. Communication is great and followthrough of minor adjustments done timely. We highly recommend Clay, he is a man of his word. Thank you, Clay, for another job well done.

Clay came out from the start and quoted me a price that I know is very competitive. I hired them right away. He gave me a suggestion for a variance so my screen enclosure would be bigger than the county code allowed. This took months to complete. Clay was very knowledgeable and helpful through the process. Time came for the enclosure to be installed they came on time and worked very hard in the 100 degree weather for 3 days straight until the enclosure was finished. The workmanship was superior to others I have seen as I am a claims adjuster. Mine was a custom enclosure and very difficult to erect. I would highly recommend Clay to anyone for a new enclosure. We had a great experience with Aluminum Magic. Clay met with us and thoroughly explained how he builds his lanai enclosures and took us to show us other enclosures that he built in the area. Once we committed, he was very fast in obtaining the permitting and engineering for our enclosure and started to build much quicker than we expected. He communicated with consistently so we knew exactly what was going on and if we called and he couldn't answer, he responded very quickly. Once they arrived, the build went very efficiently and you could really tell that they paid very close attention to detail. When you see our enclosure next to both neighbors, our enclosure stands out as superior. The screens are very tight with no wave anywhere and we have large picture windows. The other night we had strong winds and one of the neighbors enclosure was really creaking and there wasn't a sound from our enclosure. After construction was complete, they cleaned up the area really well. We had no construction debris anywhere in sight. The county inspected within a week, and the enclosure passed the inspection with no issues. With as many issues that we have had with contractors in southwest Florida, it was very refreshing to work with such an outstanding company.

Mr Olson, owner of Aluminum Magic, was available within days to survey our pool. We lost our pool enclosure during hurricane Charlie in 2004. Leaves in the pool and no shade made us want to replace it. We decided to incorporate a Florida room. We are at the end of the permitting process and plan to start installation very soon. I will up date this review with pictures and final words.

Add us to the other 5 star reviews; Clay and his team did a fabulous job. Our new pool enclosure is gorgeous and sturdy for a very fair price. Their workmanship is meticulous and each person, including Alisha in the office, is good natured, honest, very hard working and devoted to excellence. We lucked out finding them and highly recommend them for a new pool enclosure or repair. We also greatly appreciated their very responsive communication with us, (which we found to be a rarity among companies post-Irma in the area).

Aluminum Magic builds amazing pool enclosures! I hired them to design and construct a new pool screen enclosure after my old one was destroyed by hurricane Irma. My job involved more custom work than most because I wanted to create a shade area by adding a hip roof to part of the enclosure. It turned out even better than I anticipated, and Aluminum Magic made things easy from start to finish. The owners, Clay and his wife Alisha, are extremely professional and responsive. They truly care about their customers and their craftsmanship is the best I have seen. Clay and the Aluminum Magic team deliver. They know pool cages. Quality craftsmanship, integrity, honesty, timeliness, reliability, thoroughness, experience and professionalism with a can-do attitude are some words to describe the Aluminum Magic team. We recently had our pool cage replaced due to damage from hurricane Irma. What started as a problem and mess turned into an awesome experience in working with a contractor, from beginning to end. Really?? Yes, really!! From our initial phone call when seeking quotes where Clay answered the phone almost on the first ring. He explained that he is third generation in his family’s pool cage business and he knows it well. What a true statement. He showed up on-time to look at the situation and gave us a reasonable estimate for the job. We agreed to his quote and he said he would begin work in 12 weeks, which is exactly when he began work. We asked if there was a way we could be moved up on his schedule and he said he books his jobs as they come in. If he were to move us up, someone else’s job timeframe would be compromised. He would not do it. Clay was very responsive, many times instantaneous, to answer questions we texted to him prior to him starting the job. We decided close to the installation date to make some major changes to the design of the pool cage. This was our issue in hemming and hawing about it while we got closer to the start date. We contacted Clay just a few days before installation was to begin and asked if there was any way possible to make the changes. He calmly said he could accommodate us but first wanted to come out and meet to be sure it is doable. He came out that night and said he would make the changes and still begin work as scheduled. Clay and his team worked daily from morning to dusk until the job was complete. The jobsite was clean at the end of each day. The quality of work and strength of design is clearly seen in our new pool cage. Thank you to Clay and the Aluminum Magic team for our awesome pool cage! You guys rock!!

We would highly recommend Clay. After hurricane Irma destroyed our pool enclosure Clay came out within the week and gave us an estimate and cleaned up the mess promptly. The new pool cage was installed in timely manor. Awesome finished product. Great communication.
