We are impressed with the service we received and will definitely use Alpine in the future. Shaun contacted us and made an appointment soon after our well stopped pumping. He was pleasant, kept us informed about his schedule and was prompt. He repaired the electrical fault and will be replacing a worn out part he has ordered. Thanks to Alpine and Shaun two families had their water supply restored within a few hours. We recommend Alpine to anyone having trouble with a well.

This company did a great job. They were polite, explained what they were going to do, did it in methodical way, explained it while they worked, and they worked is a safe way. As a matter of fact they were very safe of the work area and of themselves. We talked about possible alternatives to any problems they might encounter and offered suggestions on a scale related t price and value. I really like these guys. They worked fast and efficiently. If I ever need well work I would hire this company again. The owner is a veteran as well. I just had good vibes from the company and they came out quickly.

Misdiagnosed the problem.

Instead of having to wait for days or weeks for someone to look at our well system, they came out within that week. On time and very knowledgeable but I wish we could have checked out the WHOLE system for the money charged. Although, other places start charging per hour as soon as they leave the shop (they could take ghe long way), these guys had a starting fee which is much better. I would recommend them. Very professional.
