1-Star Review of Alpha Foundations ? Ongoing Foundation Issues and No Resolution I hired Alpha Foundations to perform foundation repairs on my home in Sarasota, FL in early 2023. I paid over $33,000 for their recommended solution, which they claimed would stabilize the foundation, particularly at the rear of my home. Despite assurances, the foundation has continued to settle less than two years after the repair was completed. Structural cracks have reappeared in the same areas, and the issue has clearly not been resolved. I?ve reached out to Alpha multiple times to address the problem, only to be told that additional repairs will require more payment?even though they failed to get the job done properly the first time. There has been no meaningful accountability from Alpha Foundations for their incomplete work, and I am now facing additional financial and structural burdens. I expected a long-term solution for the significant amount I paid?not a temporary fix and a demand for more m

Jonathan and Taylor showed up as scheduled and were quickly at work fixing the foundation issues at hand. Polite and knowledgeable, they answered every question we had about the process. The job took two full days and they both worked late into the day to make sure the job was complete. Upon completion of the job, they texted pictures of their work to my phone so I could see what was done. They even went above the call, and took a picture of a small leak from my AC unit that I would not have known about! I definitely would recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone having issues with their home foundation!

Zach, Omar, and Jaydon did a wonderful job! It has been a few months sense our crawl space was encapsulated and I wanted to see if the smell of our home would change at all. Our home went from smelling like mildew to having a clean smell when you walk in the door. Thank you!

AlphaFoundations reached out several times to remind me of my appointment. They provided detailed information to keep me aware of what to expect. The crew (Zack and Ray) were helpful and polite. They did a great job installing new support beams in my crawl space/basement. Highly recommend.
