I blindly called Nico based on the reviews. I talked with him to get a quote before getting other quotes. However, while speaking with him, I hired him on the spot to do an appraisal in Old Lyme. He did not disappoint. He is personable, and more importantly, very knowledgeable about the sales in our area. He is reasonably priced and provided a comprehensive appraisal. The best thing though is after receiving the appraisal, I had a few "what if" questions. He then spend some time with me to answer my questions while looking at other comps in the area. I highly recommend him.
