It has been over a week and I have not heard from them I have been busy so I have not called oh I got I got to call them what is going on a week to wash my area carpet I think they took it back to Hawaii I am disgusted I better give them a call

Aloha Susan, we picked up your rug on 9/18/23 end of day. As we retrieved the rug, we tell all of our customers that we need 7-10 business days to complete job. Today is technically your "10th" business day and we have you scheduled for tomorrow afternoon drop off. For you to mention we brought it back to Hawaii is a bit excessive and distasteful. We do our best to accommodate everyone's needs.

I had deep dirt stains in my carpet in the heavy traffic areas and they used a special chemical and shampooed the traffic areas about 10 times on the stairs and they got all the heavy traffic area dirt out of my carpet. They are very nice and professional and went the extra mile to clean my carpets. Great deal for the $$$
