Friendly. However, too much water was used not as clean as previous cleaners. However, carpets are older now so that may have been the difference in how well they looked. But definitely too much water used. Also suggest they wear shoe covers because they came in and outside tracking dirt onto the carpet they cleaned. They had to use our water supply which was a problem except they did not detach the hose and that night we had super cold weather and it froze. Ruined the hose and nearly caused a busted pipe.

Customer service was outstanding! I called at the last minute and Shane was able to fit me in the next day. The quality of care he and Juno took to make our carpet look almost new, amazed us. He is upfront with his expectations for your cleaning needs and offers solutions. They took their time and the value was great! Very friendly and professional. We will never use anyone else.
