    Arrived on time, survey area to be cleaned and started immediately. Manager arrived , did a walk through, provided information on drying time. Did great job on a very soiled carpet. Reasonable price. Will be my carpet cleaner from now on.

    Very professional and friendly. Our basement carpet was very dark from foot traffic, dog urine and drink spills. It looks almost brand new now. Price is very reasonable.

    Shane is the owner and always answered the phone immediately. His customer service was phenomenal! His team did a great job. When I called and had a question about something, he immediately set up another time he could get his team out, and he personally visited as well. Allstar is aweseome! Professional, courteous and fantastic!! I would definitely recommend to ANYONE looking for carpet and/or tile care and cleaning. I will use Allstar again! Shane and his team are top-notch!!     I was really impressed. They were able to remove red stain on carpet that I had serious doubts about. The guys did an excellent job and I'll be sure to use them again as well as recommend them to others. They were also reasonable.

    /Technition stated that job would be more expensive than quote after he arrived at my home, but then made good on the bid after I said to do what he could for the quote.

I value every one of my customers and their thoughts. It is not normal that we have a price difference from our phone quotes, due to the fact that we have standard pricing. I would like to add that when you called to get the quote over the phone you stated only 3 rooms . But when we arrived you actually had an additional hallway as well as another 1/2 room.
