The crew at Allscapes NW is professional, friendly and hardworking. They've done multiple projects at our home and all of them been completed in a timely manner and look great. Frank is extremely flexible and reliable. We've had a patio installed, side yard walkway, planting in the front yard and a gazebo installed. He had a few of his guys come out and remove the Gazebo from my truck and place it in my garage until it was able to be installed. They were also able to do a last minute installation of the gazebo so we could use it when our family arrived from out of town. The main reason I like working with Allscapes is because they truly care about the customer and their work. They don't try to nickle and dime you with recommendations and are always willing to make changes before, during and after the project is completed. When I originally reached out to them, I was expecting to have just a one off project of getting a patio installed, but Frank and his team have since become my go-to guys for everything related to our front and back yards.

They cleared/ graded an acre of blackberries and prepped it for seeding as well as removing some dead trees and ,lined a creek with rocks to help with the stability/errosion.(even moved some decorative trees/ helped plant) We had a few hiccups that put us over budget/time (like finding 2 HUGE cut up maples discarded in the bramble! They were near impossible to move or find ways to dispose of and 4-5 more huge stumps that needed removing), but over all, I am very happy with Frank and his crew. Bill (the excavator driver) was very careful, knowing we had unknown piping somewhere below and paid great attention to detail when removing those prickly buggers. The yard turned out beautiful when done. They always ASK FIRST before doing additional work, and give options when trouble arrises. The main reason I highly reccommend this company- HONESTY! They are always up front about cost, happy to share receipts, and as Allan ( a crew member) always says -they feel "Being important is nice, but being nice is more important!" Highly recommend!

We hired Frank and his crew to do a paved walkway and a patio in our backyard. I must say we are very pleased with the end result. They delivered exactly what was promised, on-time and on budget. During the process, they allowed us to make some small tweaks without jacking up the price. They were very meticulous in their work and always made sure everything was finished to our full satisfaction. It's been a real pleasure to work with these guys. Frank and his crew did a great job. We hired them for a combined project for a new sod (about 3000 sqft), a new patio, and a new sprinkler system. They came everyday at 7am and worked very professional. They also gave me opinions on my landscape. I later hired them to plant 12 green trees on my backyard and did some landscape work. The new front/back/side yard looks great after now. Their offer is not the lowest and not the highest I have been offered. But their work quality is super. I am really happy to work with them. They are very easy to communicate and trust worth. Wish their best for their business.

We hired Allscapes to do a retain wall on a steep slope in my Redmond house. The job was not an easy one as the slope was steep and along the house. What we really liked - when we had some areas that shall be rethinking and redone, the guys were very attentive, redid everything that we had a concern and finished the job to our satisfaction. We really liked the attitude and customer service. The price was very reasonable when we compared with other contractor. It's been a pleasure to work with the company. I would recommend them to all my friends.
