Alliance Painting

I am very unhappy with the paint and stain job alliance paint did back on egg , second and third. Pour quarantine a stereo job was done. It took more than 3 days for the front door to dry from stain and paint. Dripping and bubbling occurred. They returned 3 days latter after they received my concerns. Screen door lower spring was broken, then fixed but broke again. Poor cleanup habits. Project manager felt the job completed satisfactorily. Garage looks unfinished. Caulking looks as though a child did it. After returning 3 days later, nothing had been done to my satisfaction except for cleaning up the painted front door. All of the exterior windows were caulked. In my opinion the project manager and painters did not care about the quality of the work. The poor job that was done risks the reputation of Alliance Painting.

Our kitchen cabinets were restained. The preparation was excellent. The floor was covered to catch sanding dust and stain. The kitchen was sealed off from the rest of the house with plastic sheets. There was attention to details. The workers were careful. In addition to staining, some of the trim next to the cabinets was painted. We had two doors that did not have enough finish. They were redone. The cabinets look great.

Excellent work. From first day, meeting & explaining exactly what work would be done, to getting the project done! Had all the outdoor trim, doors & garage door, painted. Completed the job in one day, totally unexpected!! Highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

This is the first time I had to have the outside trim on my house painted as we usually did the painting ourselves. Alliance Painting did a fantastic job. They had to replace several boards at the bottom and it’s beautiful and you can’t tell the difference. I will be using them again. Everyone I came in contact with at my home and the office staff were so wonderful to work with they were so professional. Colin did a great job overseeing the job. He caught everything before I inspected the job so there were not any touch ups that were needed. Love this company and staff. The only good thing received from this company was great color choices. I had to bring in the owner during the final walk-through because both the project manager and the painters were telling me things they are not doing, but when my business was solicited, yes, of course, we remove wallpaper from walls. The owner agreed to the despair my paint job was in and asked me to leave for 2 more days while the team do-over. I do not have the patience nor energy to details the numerous issues I had with this company. Trying to close this contract turned unnecessary upsetting due to the fact the owner trying to force me into signing an NDA, to which I disagreed. I am having to turn to for a resolution. The saga continues... In the final scene, the owner refuses to compensate me for my damages unless I sign an adjacent NDA!! This is a very disturbing and concerning trend. Just say no UPDATE 9/27/21-This ended with the help. I was compensated for my damages and I did not have to sign a non-disclosure statement!! I am free to post my displeasure with this company anywhere I chose. Now, the slander labeled against me by Alliance painting in their rebuttal below will be addressed elsewhere at a different level. If any of the said abuse or disrespect towards their painters were true, Alliance painting would have alerted the authorities(police) and the arbitration panel of the said violence when Alliance was notified that I was filing a complaint against them. Alliance painting compensated me for damages they claimed did not exist. Alliance painting is pissed and decided to go low, mean girls low. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Many items damaged. Pool filter, shingles, motion detector.

We work w/ Ryan, then Michelle. They were prompt and professional. The work was finished when they said they would be finished.
